Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and well-being. It also reduces stress which can be key in optimising vitality and building resilience.
It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands, or ears correspond with different areas of the body. By stimulating these points the reflexologist can help have positive effects with the rest of the body.
Includes 15 minute epson salt foot soak. Session in provided Zero chair.

Our Therapist

Brigham was a semi-pro skateboarder around the turn of the century and has been snowboarding since a teenager. He is a tea enthusiast and loves working with herbalism and body dynamics. He was introduced to energy work in the early 90's.
In 2016, somatic body work permanently changed his posture and life by releasing ancestral and childhood trauma. He has since undergone over 90+ hours of this work personally.
Febuary, 2017 he was initiated to ManKind Project as he started working on balancing his Mature Masculine with his Divine Feminine. He continues to do Men's work with others that want to be better Men.
In 2019 he was introduced to the gentle energy work of Access Bars to reset the mind's chatter and improve the possibilities in this life.
During 2020/21 he attended East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon to become a licensed massage therapist. He also became proficient as a reflexologist to provide clients help with foot pain and mobility issues.
Brigham has fallen in love with Alaska and the community that thrives within the Girdwood valley. He is here to provide professional care for those that do not want to leave the comfort of their home.
